Volleyball
With currently four teams, volleyball is one of the largest sports offers at Rainbow Sport Zurich. The game is played in a team of six people against an opposing team. The playing field is separated by a net. Both teams try to move the volleyball to the other half of the field in such a way that the players can no longer fend it off and the ball hits the ground. Only three touches of the ball are allowed per move.
Our training
Training takes place in different performance levels for different goals, tournaments and championships. We offer the right sports program for every level. Everyone gets their money's worth, from entertainment to competitive sports.
