Squash

Good reactions, speed, strength and a good dose of strategy - all of this plays a role in squash. In contrast to tennis, in squash you share the playing field with your opponent. The goal is to hit the ball with the racket in such a way that the opposing person cannot reach it before it hits the ground for the second time. Squash is perfect for venting: the fact that professional players can reach ball speeds of up to 300 km / h should support this statement.

Our training

The squash training consists of two parts:

Various exercises are typically performed in the first 45 minutes.

The second 45 minutes are available for free play.

 

Normal training clothes are sufficient. The training shoes must have a non-marking sole (non-marking). Rackets can be borrowed from the squash center.

 

New players are very welcome! We look forward to your registration for the trial training.
