This is where runners, joggers and runners meet - be it to prepare for a race together, to improve your speed and endurance, or to simply stay in shape.
On the one hand, Frontrunners offers the opportunity to run together at your own pace, on the other hand, there are regular coaching sessions that support you in optimizing your running technique.
Regardless of whether you are jogging for the first time or have already had a few marathons under your belt: everyone is welcome to train.
All you need for training is running shoes and clothing suitable for the weather
We meet outside, so there is no cloakroom available on site. (Start at Puls 5: If you have a subscription to the Migros Fitness Park, you can of course use the cloakroom there)
There are currently no training courses due to COVID. Sign up for a trial training session and we'll contact you as soon as we're running again.
