Squash

Good reactions, speed, strength and a portion of strategy - all this plays a role in squash. Unlike tennis, in squash you share the court with your opponent. The aim is to hit the ball with the racquet in such a way that the opponent cannot reach it before it touches the ground for the second time. Squash is perfect for letting off steam: The fact that professional players can reach ball speeds of up to 300 km/h should support this statement.

Our training

The squash training is composed of two parts:

In the first 45 minutes, various exercises are usually performed.

The second 45 minutes are available for free play.

Normal training clothes are sufficient. Training shoes must have a non-marking sole. Rackets can be borrowed from the squash centre.

New players are very welcome! We look forward to your registration for a trial training session.
