This is where runners, joggers and racers meet - whether you want to prepare for a race, improve your speed and endurance, or simply stay in shape.

Frontrunners offers the possibility of running together at your own pace, while also offering regular coaching sessions which support you in optimizing your running technique.  We have three trainers that lead our Tuesday sessions. Each of them has developed a specific training plan to help us achieve our running goals. One of the most important milestones of our running goals is enabling our members to participate and successfully complete of some of the many running events like Zurich Marathon, Sola, Greifenseelauf, etc.

Our training

Regardless of whether you are a first-time jogger or already have a few marathons under your belt, everyone is welcome to join us. All you need for training are running shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. The running season starts at the end of February and lasts until the end of November.

We meet:

Tuesdays – trainer-led running sessions from 7pm to 8pm

Winter-Saison (October – March) – Sporthalle Bühl 1

Summer-Saison (April – September) – Sportanlage Hardhof.

Saturdays – Hertersteg Bridge at 10am

Sundays – Käferberg run for Frontrunners Family and Friends starting at 10am
